The core principle
Read-only by architecture, not by promise
Your banks connect through licensed open-banking aggregators. The connection they issue physically cannot initiate payments, transfers or account changes. There is no code path for it, in their systems or ours.

What actually protects your data
No credentials, ever
You log in on your bank's own page; allet only receives a revocable access token.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Access tokens are stored separately from your data.
Licensed aggregators
Bank connections run through regulated, audited open-banking providers, not a homegrown scraper.
Least-privilege inside
Support sees only what you choose to share. No one at allet can browse your transactions.
You see every access
Active sessions and devices are listed in Settings. Sign out anything you don't recognize.
Real deletion
Deleting your account erases the data. It doesn't just deactivate. Per-bank disconnect wipes that bank's history.
You are the customer, not the product
allet is paid for by your subscription, nothing else. We don't sell data, don't show ads, and don't push “personalized financial offers”. That's the whole point of charging $11.99/month.
